Sessions are held in this dedicated therapy space in central Swansea (or through Skype)
Sessions are £40 for a 50 minute session. I also offer some places at a concessionary rate for people on low incomes.
I am an accredited counsellor and trainee psychotherapist working in Swansea, South Wales. I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor with the National Counselling Society and currently working towards full accreditation as a psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), the UK’s professional body for accrediting psychotherapists.
Counselling/Therapy provides a safe space to work through difficult periods in life and improve psychological health, relationships and quality of life.

Key qualifications and experience;
I have trained in counselling at The University of the West of England and psychotherapy at the Welsh Psychotherapy Partnership. I am a member of UKCP, receive regular supervision and subscribe to UKCP codes of ethical conduct.
