I offer individual psychotherapy and couples therapy in Swansea, South Wales.
I continue to offer both individual and couples sessions through zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic, using a range of creative measures to replicate the safe therapeutic space of a face to face meeting. Loss, overwhelming stress, isolation, loneliness, absence of routine, work, hobbies and social support, and relationship stress, amoungst other factors, can trigger symptoms of depression, anxiety or both. 'I can't thank you enough for the work you have done with me in our sessions. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't be about to embark on this new adventure. I can't express how much things have changed for me since starting our sessions and I can only attribute it to your marvellous, caring and extremely perceptive guidance' Amy
