Hello and Welcome!
Sessions are held in this dedicated therapy space in central Swansea or through Zoom.
Individual sessions are £40 to £45 for a 50 minute session. I also offer some places at a concessionary rate for people on low incomes.
I offer individual psychotherapy and couples therapy in Swansea, South Wales.
I continue to offer both individual and couples sessions through zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic, using a range of creative measures to replicate the safe therapeutic space of a face to face meeting. You can find out more here.
The current COVID-19 crisis is unprecedented in our lifetimes and challenges each of us in unique ways. Loss, overwhelming stress, isolation, loneliness, absence of routine, work, hobbies and social support, and relationship stress, amoungst other factors, can trigger symptoms of depression, anxiety or both. The pandemic highlights uncomfortable inequalities and leads many people to question their values, priorities and perspectives.
Short term counselling or longer term psychotherapy with the right person may be able to help. I warmly invite you to get in touch.
