Sessions are held in this dedicated therapy space in Uplands, Swansea or through Zoom.
Individual sessions are £45 to £55 for a 50 minute session. Couples sessions are £55 to £65. I also offer some places at a concessionary rate for people on low incomes.

I provide individual psychotherapy and couples therapy, both face to face and online, in Swansea and South Wales. 

I am an accredited psychotherapist with UKCP, the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy with is the UK's accrediting body for psychotherapists. I trained at the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute. I am also a Senior Accredited Counsellor with the National Counselling Society. 

I started training in counselling in 2007, completing a post-graduate certificate in counselling from The University of the West of England in 2009, and a post graduate advanced diploma in psychotherapy in 2016 at the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute. Subsequently, in 2019,  I completed a certificate in couples therapy with relational-psychotherapy. I am a member of UKCP, receive regular supervision and subscribe to UKCP codes of ethical conduct.

I have experience of working with a wide range of presenting issues, including;

        Depression
        Anxiety
        Childhood trauma and complex PTSD
        Verbal, physical and sexual abuse and neglect
        Trauma arising from abusive relationships
        Relationship issues
        Pregnancy and childbirth (for men and women)
        Bereavement and loss
        Personality disorders
        Autistic spectrum disorders, and a
ttention deficit disorders

In addition to Psychotherapy and Counselling, I also run a series of Action Learning Sets, providing a facilitated, action-oriented reflection space for participants to make sense of work challenges. Find out more here.
